Accessibility

What is reachable, what is not, and where exactly the step-free route ends.

Provisional information. The highlighted values are placeholders awaiting the site survey and confirmation by the Directorate-General of Antiquities and Museums.

The honest position first: the Citadel is a hilltop fortress whose entrance was designed to be difficult, and no restoration can undo that. Some of this site cannot be made step-free without destroying what people come to see. We would rather tell you where the limit is than let you find it halfway up.
